Cheteshwar Pujara’s excellent performance continues.
In county cricket, he once again scored a century in the Royal London One Day
Cup. Playing for Sussex, Pujara scored a stormy century while batting against
Middlesex. His team put a big score of 400 runs on the board.

Playing first after losing the toss, the Sussex team
got off to a great start. The openers added a total of 74 runs for the first
wicket. Opener batsman Alsop kept scoring runs while standing on the crease.
Pujara came to the crease after two wickets fell. He made a big partnership for
the third wicket with Alsop. Together they took the score to 335 runs. Pujara
faced 90 balls and scored 132 runs in his innings. He hit 20 fours and 2 sixes.
The second batsman, Alsop, scored an unbeaten 189 runs in 155 balls. Sussex’s
team scored 400 runs for 4 wickets.

Pujara had scored 2 centuries in this tournament even
before this. This is his third century. This time Pujara has been in excellent
form in county cricket. In red-ball cricket too, he scored hundreds of times
while playing for Sussex there. Cheteshwar Pujara is also the captain of the
Royal London One Day Cup. His team is consistently performing the best game.
Pujara has surprised everyone with his batting. Like in T20 cricket, runs have
come from his bat.
