Playing first, India scored 168/6 with the help of half-centuries from Hardik and Virat Kohli. Hardik, who came to bat in difficult times, scored 63 runs in 33 balls. In reply, England won the match in 16 overs with the help of the innings of Alex Hales (86 *) and Jos Buttler (80*). England now faces Pakistan in the final on 13 November.
